Common Roots connects men of the Roaring Fork Valley\, sparks brotherhood and fosters a healthy and mature masculine culture in a world where men often “go it alone.” \nTHIS IS NOT THERAPY. It is a gathering that challenges traditional ideas of support groups through peer empowerment\, deep listening\, and embodiment for strength\, hope and cultural change. \nCONVERSATION OF THE MONTH: AGING ISN’T DECLINE—IT’S EVOLUTION \nWhat if aging wasn’t something to fear—but something to honor? \nThis June\, our Common Roots men’s circle explores aging not as decline\, but as a transition into deeper wisdom\, strength\, and self-leadership. \nMy personal journey has taken me from a football star who muscled his way through life… to a spiritual coach now aging out of his 30s with more vitality\, clarity\, and self-leadership than I ever had in my twenties. \nTogether\, we’ll explore how to age with purpose\, vitality\, and resilience—drawing on holistic philosophies like Ayurveda\, mental fitness practices\, and the lived experience of navigating identity through life’s seasons. \nWhether you’re stepping into fatherhood\, navigating a midlife shift\, or simply sensing that life is calling for a different kind of strength—this conversation is for you. \nWhat if aging wasn’t something to fear—but something to honor?Aging is a rite of passage into deeper wisdom\, responsibility\, and vitality.
