And with the natural evolution of our bodies and minds\, the pressure to have it all figured out by a certain age can leave us quietly questioning: Am I doing this right? Shouldn’t I be further along by now? \nIn this month’s Common Roots\, we’re holding space for honest conversation about the pressure to look\, feel\, and be our best at every stage of life.
