DESCRIPTION:Since the fall of 2022\, we have had the pleasure of offering complimentary breathwork sessions throughout the Roaring Fork community. We are grateful to have Allison Alexander on board to thoughtfully lead us during these sessions which provide the perfect environment for one to relax and surrender\, an opportunity to reconnect with ourselves\, and to feel our hearts and souls. A time to honor oneself and our loved ones and feel a sense of ease and acceptance. Breathwork sessions are also incredible in that they create a safe container for people to move and express emotions they are both consciously aware of and those that are subconsciously impacting their lives without the need to put them into words.

The gathering is designed to build connection and vitality through ceremonial rites for men of all ages. \nThis men’s-only container offers a unique opportunity to reset\, recenter\, and reconnect to your conscious masculine. DESCRIPTION:In this interactive and experiential workshop you will have an opportunity to move beyond your limiting beliefs and into greater freedom towards yourself and life. You will be given a spiritual framework to up level your perspective\, and a chance to apply those ideas in 3 partner processes. In the first\, you will gain clarity of the limiting beliefs you’ve been holding that are blocking you from the freedom\, peace\, joy\, and abundance that’s available to you now. In the second process\, you’ll learn how to move beyond those limitations. And in the third\, you’ll claim your freedom regardless of\, and especially through\, any of your current life circumstances\, so you can experience more of what you truly want. There will be a guided meditation\, and multiple large group shares where you can continue to learn and integrate your realizations back into your everyday life.
