DESCRIPTION:Workshop Details: \nStart Date: Wednesday\, February 12th \nTime: 5PM MST | 7PM EST \nDuration: 8 weeks (75-minute sessions) \nLocation: Virtual (Zoom) \nWhat You’ll Gain: \nClarity and confidence in your relationships. \nA deeper connection with yourself and others. \nSupport from a group of like-minded incredible women. \nHow We’ll Work Together: \nOur sessions are designed to provide a balance of learning\, reflection\, and connection: \nAssessment and Reflection: At the start of the program\, you’ll complete an attachment assessment to better understand your personal patterns. \nWeekly Preparation: Each week\, you’ll be assigned chapters to read and asked to submit a question or real-life situation for discussion. \nCollaborative Learning: You’ll be encouraged to partner with another participant to review and discuss the reading outside of our sessions. \nEngaging Sessions: Each 75-minute session includes a structured lesson\, interactive discussion\, and personalized coaching to support your growth. \nThe workshop is intentionally small to ensure personalized support and an intimate experience with other incredible women.\nCommittment is requested by February 1st.\nEmail cking@Christinamking.com for questions or to register.
