I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Addiction Counselor and former Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Yoga Teacher. I’ve had a long-standing passion for both mental and physical health. I take a holistic approach to psychotherapy, integrating the body and the environment into our work on managing mental health symptoms.
We are shaped by our experiences, relationships, thoughts and beliefs. Understanding what and who influences us is what gives us the option to make change stick. But many people also need coping skills because the past will always be there, bringing them out of the present. As a clinician, by lending you my hope, patience, curiosity and compassion, I create that space that you feel safe enough to get to know yourself, and tolerate yourself, and can start to move forward.
