We’re developing an exciting new program to match trained Mental Fitness Coaches with those looking for support on their journey to Mental Fitness!
A Mental Fitness Coach is a support coach, a trusted confidant, and an advisor that can help you navigate which combination of therapy, tools, and support work best for you.
Each coach will be assigned via HQ and learn about your needs from a detailed initial assessment. Then your coach will help guide you through your journey, focusing on the four quarters of Mental Fitness: emotional, physical, social, and financial.
Your coach can be the person you turn to for advice, guidance, and support; they’ll help you build a strong foundation to support your personalized mental health needs.
