Power Through Process is a Los Angeles-based holistic therapy practice that centers healing, strength and transformation for high-achieving women of color. Grounded in the belief that the body holds deep wisdom and that true wellbeing transcends conventional talk therapy, we blend relational, somatic, and yogic frameworks to help clients release stored trauma, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect to a life of peace, trust and self-authority.
