I grew up in the suburbs of Ohio with a typical childhood and an inner sense that there was “more” out there for me—even if I didn’t know what that meant yet.
In my late twenties, I put myself through college, earned a degree in Graphic Design, and landed what felt like my dream job in Aspen. I moved to the Roaring Fork Valley full of pride and excitement—only to be laid off shortly after.
What was meant to be a temporary fix—taking a job in marketing—turned into a 20-year career. But along the way, I felt increasingly disconnected. Corporate life didn’t align. I was stuck, drained, and wondering, Is this really it?
Everything changed when I hired a coach. With her support, I uncovered limiting beliefs that had held me back for years and rewrote the story I was telling myself. I reclaimed my confidence, my voice, and my joy.
Today, I help others do the same. If you feel stuck or like something’s missing, know this: you’re not broken—and you’re not alone. Coaching transformed my life. It can transform yours, too.
