Yasmine Lamour is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate. In her undergraduate studies, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. Through hard work and dedication, she has completed a CACREP-accredited Master of Arts Program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southern New Hampshire University.

She is passionate about advocating for mental wellness and committed to helping individuals achieve their healing goals. Her approach is centered on you, focusing on your unique needs and experiences. Together, you will work to increase your self-awareness and explore practical strategies to help you become more mindful and intentional in your daily life.

Outside of her professional life, Yasmine finds joy in being a mom to two amazing daughters and three adorable dogs. In her downtime, you can find her enjoying family outings, exploring new places, diving into a good book, experimenting in the kitchen, indulging in documentaries, and making sure to prioritize her monthly "self-care date."
