Building community, connection, and belonging for women in the Roaring Fork Valley

TOPIC OF THE MONTH: INTIMACY

Embrace Intimacy, Nurture Yourself, and Strengthen Your Bonds.

Intimacy goes beyond romantic relationships; it includes emotional closeness, vulnerability, and trust in all forms of connection—whether with partners, friends, family, or even with yourself.

You’ll explore what intimacy means to you personally and reflect on the barriers that may prevent deeper connection. Through guided discussions and reflective exercises, you’ll examine your relationship with vulnerability and how it plays a role in building genuine intimacy.

Throughout the session, you’ll consider how intimacy shows up in different aspects of your life and how you can cultivate more meaningful, authentic relationships. You’ll also focus on self-intimacy—learning to nurture a deeper relationship with yourself through self-compassion, self-awareness, and self-love.
