Community Health Day

Join us for a FREE Community Health Day at the Aspen Recreation Center on May 21st from 9am – 3pm.

The day will be a celebration of physical and mental health with workshops and fitness classes throughout the day, as well as exhibitors showcasing all the valley has to offer for health and wellbeing.

Classes and workshops include parkrun, indoor cycling, sculpt, meditation, yoga, glide fit, cooking demonstrations, mental health workshops and more.

Exhibitors include Aspen Strong, MindSprings, Aspen Hope Center, StretchZone, Lash Bar and more.

We are also partnering with Aspen Strong in the week leading up to the Health Day, offering a variety of free classes to the public.

Signups are now open are now open for workshops and fitness classes and space is limited.
