The Colorado Opioid Abatement Conference connects stakeholders from across the state of Colorado to connect, learn, and collaborate.
Join the Colorado Opioid Abatement Council (COAC) for the Colorado Opioid Abatement Conference in Denver, August 15th and 16th, 2022.
This interactive 2-day conference will include presentations on best practices for addressing the opioid crisis, the nuts and bolts of opioid settlement funds, how to leverage state and national resources, and practical information about receiving funds.
The COAC works with the 19 Regional Opioid Abatement Councils (ROACs) to distribute opioid settlement funds for substance use disorder treatment, recovery, harm reduction, law enforcement and prevention/education programs. To learn more about the ROACs, COAC, and how Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser and the Colorado Department of Law are combatting the opioid crisis, go to https://coag.gov/opioids/.
Because of limited space, only 200 seats are available. Virtual options will be available.
Regional Opioid Abatement Council members will be given first priority.
