Overcome is A 7-week evidence-based Yoga Therapy class created by and for people who have experienced anxiety, stress, depression, and other forms of unresolved trauma and are looking for ways to proactively manage their own lives.

Week 2 Empowerment: Control YOUR inner Peace
Week 3 Self Efficacy: Affirming Yourself
Week 4 Cognitive Distortions: Changing Your Consciousness
Week 5 Calm, Clarity, & Choice: Using Yoga
Week 6 Understanding Yogic Philosophy of the Body: The Koshas
Week 7 You are the Master of your Destiny
Each 90-minute class will include educational instruction, group discussion, yogic techniques for building self-awareness and healing, and guidance toward creating an ongoing personal practice to Overcome the issues you are trying to resolve. You will have your own Overcome workbook with weekly exercises to help you develop and guide your personal practice.
A recommended donation of $10 to Aspen Strong for the workbooks is appreciated. If this is not possible for you at this time, please let us know and we will waive the donation. Donations can be made HERE
Once your registration is received we will send out a short questionnaire to get to know you along with a liability waiver form. These forms must be completed 24 hours prior to the first class.
