Support group for caregivers of adult children with severe mental illness

This is a peer-led support group, meant to foster a sense of community and support for parents and caregivers as we navigate the acute and long-term challenges of caring for adult children with severe and/or persistent mental illness. We will come together to create a non-judgmental space where we can share about our lived experiences, success and challenges, and strategies.

First group will take place at the Carbondale Library in the Mush Room. We hope to make this monthly – on the first Tuesdays of the month. Date, time, and location is flexible based on group needs.
