Drawing from her own journey as an entrepreneur and community leader, Angilina will share practical insights on navigating relationships, family, career, and well-being—while learning to own your voice, wealth, and power with confidence.
10:30 AM – Financial Empowerment
For too long, women have been discouraged from talking about money—often taught to downplay what we are worth. Lindsey Lupow, a former finance professional with 17+ years of experience, now a life & health coach and Program Director of HeadQuarters, will guide you in reflecting on your beliefs about money and help you see financial empowerment as an act of self-trust, growth, and alignment with your true goals.
12:00 PM – Strength & Softness
Culturally, women are praised for resilience yet pressured to remain gentle and accommodating. This outdoor yoga and strength flow, led by Heidi Winslow honors both sides—helping you embody physical and emotional balance, while embracing strength without apology and softness without guilt. Heidi Winslow, Principal & Founder of Core Fit & Well, has over 30 years of experience in fitness, wellness, and mindfulness. With a background in sports medicine, Pilates, yoga, and resistance stretching, she creates integrative programs that foster strength, flexibility, and balance. Heidi leads workshops and retreats in the U.S. and abroad, helping others cultivate awareness and optimal wellbeing.
1:00 PM – 4Winds Farm Signature Lunch & Connection
We’ll gather for a nourishing farm-to-table lunch and guided table conversations that challenge the cultural pressure to do it all without burning out. Together, we’ll explore how ambition and self-care can coexist—and how honoring your authentic needs is the ultimate act of strength.
2:00 PM – Strength in Flow: Breaking the “Good Girl” Myth
For too long, women have been conditioned to be agreeable, accommodating, and “good”—even at the cost of their true selves. On this mindful hike and journaling session, you’ll reflect on where those patterns still show up in your life. This closing experience will leave you renewed, inspired, and ready to step boldly into your authentic self.
