The Helios Center offers individual sessions of art therapy and metal color light therapy for adults and children. Helena also offers group nurturing arts sessions for adults including painting, drawing, modeling, creative writing and singing. Helena earned her Masters equivalent degree from the Tobias School of Art and Therapy in the UK, and has 40 years of experience working with individuals and groups as an artist, therapist and Waldorf educator in the UK, USA and Australia.
