Description

Welcome:)

I offer a human-centered/Open Dialogue, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive approach to therapy, focusing both on symptom relief and on underlying conflicts, internalized messages, and limiting self-stories. My goal is to create an environment which invites exploration of all inner experiences-including the ones that are difficult or impossible to put into words and continue to drive cycles which can leave us feeling stuck or victimized within our own minds and bodies.

My clinical work is fueled by a deep and unconditional respect and commitment towards the potential for increased freedom, agency, and life within each person; this commitment grounds my collaborative approach, which invites ease, openness, curiosity, and creativity. In sessions we’d also incorporate whatever tools allow you to speak most freely-whether that’s talking, art, writing, music, play, or any other means of expression that we discover together.

Prior to moving to Colorado I completed a clinical fellowship in psychodynamic psychotherapy at Cambridge Health Alliance/Harvard Medical School and also have training in various other therapeutic approaches, including Creative Arts Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Open Dialogue, and Synergetic Play Therapy.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and specialize in treating Complex-Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, eating disorders, depression, psychotic disorders, self-harm, and suicidality.

I also have specialized training and experience working with survivors of abuse and religious trauma, members of the LGBTQIA+ population, and artists navigating the complexities of creative life.

I would welcome the opportunity to join you in co-creating a space tailored to discovering and inviting what makes you pulse and allows you to access renewed energy, agency, and desire.

*I will begin accepting most insurances  over the next few months. Please reach out so we can discuss.
