I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Colorado. My work is somatic, relationship-based, and trauma-informed.

I work with adolescents, adults, and families to address a variety of concerns including: trauma, attachment, stress and anxiety, depression, grief and loss, school refusal, confidence building, traumatic injury, and relationship challenges. I’m holistic in my approach and build on the support networks you already have in place. My therapeutic style incorporates mindfulness, eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused CBT (TF-CBT).
