Hello!

My name is Anna and I provide in-person and online therapy sessions for both children and adults.  In addition to my experience as a mental health counselor, I taught Spanish education and ESL for several years and I currently offer services for children of Spanish-speaking individuals.  Additionally, I specialize in treating adults with chronic pain (migraines, back pain, etc.).  Living with chronic pain can be debilitating, and it is hard to find adequate support from those around us.  I help individuals live fulfilling lives while managing chronic pain and the life stress that comes with it.   My experience teaching language to people of all ages has taught me to create a comfortable environment where people feel respected and free to explore their own thoughts and feelings.  My training as a mental health professional has given me the ability to provide a nonjudgmental atmosphere for you to learn and grow at your own pace.  Contact me today! 970-456-7234
