Headshot 2020

Ashley Mauldin

Description

I am a mental wellness expert who is passionate about helping you create a life that you love. Whether that happens through resolving traumas, learning about and changing problematic behaviors or by being coached on what you need to be doing to reach your full potential, I am here to help. Many of my clients are tired of only “talking” about their problems and are looking for something to finally help them break through. I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy which can help to rewire the brain. If we change how your brain is processing information we will see a positive shift in behavior.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of clinical experience. I am a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator for Brené Brown’s Daring Greatly™ and Rising Strong™ curriculums certified through the National Board of Certified Counselors and hold memberships with the American Counseling Association and Colorado Counseling Association. I am a trained Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist and a Certified Gottman Level 1 therapist. I graduated with a MA in Clinical Counseling with a Couples and Family emphasis from the University of Northern Colorado in 2008.  Most recently I completed a comprehensive program for psychedelic assisted therapy and offer Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAP) and integration work.

I moved to the area in 2011 and reside in New Castle with my husband Kalen, daughter Ava and son Max. I pride myself on practicing what I preach and do not ask my clients to do anything I wouldn’t do myself. My goal is to live, love and lead with excellence in all areas of my life – and hopefully inspire you to do the same.
