Bridget Roseman is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) in the state of Colorado and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado.
Bridget's clinical experience and professional interests include relationship issues, depression, anxiety, disordered eating/relationship with food and body, trauma, life transitions, and addiction. She approaches therapy from a holistic and integrative perspective to understand the root causes of mental health symptoms, whether they stem from the body, the mind, or the spirit. Bridget provides a safe space and unconditional support from a place of warmth and authenticity, allowing clients to explore new patterns of being as an individual and in relationship with others.
Evidence-based treatment modalities that Bridget may use in sessions include Relational Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Somatic Therapy, with mindfulness techniques and attachment theory integrated throughout.
