Janet has over 20 years experience working as a therapist providing counseling to individuals, couples and groups. She believes in a strength based approach to therapy and in providing skills that can be used every day. There are many factors that affect an individual’s peace of mind. By looking at a person’s past and present experiences and how this affects their emotional, cognitive, psychological, social and physical well being, she helps identify challenge and change negative or self –defeating beliefs and attitudes that can create or worsen feelings such as depression, anxiety, fear, panic or anger.
