I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor in Carbondale. I use a variety of approaches tailored to each individual person to move towards greater balance in emotions, thoughts, behaviors and relationships. I am trained in many therapeutic approaches with a focus in trauma and substance abuse recovery.
