Joanna is a match-maker and health navigator of mental health and substance use resources for young adult (18-29+) clients across the US. She specifically built her practice to be remote so she could support the young adult if they were in a college that might be a distance from where they grew up, and where their parents still are. Her college knowledge helps directly support young adults who are taking a break from college, and looking to get help before returning to campus. Most of her clients struggle with anxiety, depression, substance use, and some are neurodiverse (ADHD, LD, and ASD). Joanna is completely independent where she does not work for any organizations, but rather works for the young adult and their family to help them. She's also the host of the "Success is Subjective" podcast.
