Description

My highest priority is to provide my clients with a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment to explore and address life's challenges. While making the decision to seek counseling can be an intimidating and overwhelming experience, I believe that it is an important first step in the healing process. I work with adolescents, adults, families, and groups to address a variety of concerns including trauma and attachment, stress and anxiety, depression, grief and loss, LGBTQ issues, eating disorders, poor self-esteem, and relationship and family issues.

While I draw on a variety of approaches to meet each individual's needs, my therapeutic style primarily incorporates Psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches when collaborating with my clients to meet their goals.
