Based in the Roaring Fork Valley, I am a dedicated clinician with 13 years of experience in the social work field. My practice focuses on helping adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, burnout, attachment issues, substance use addiction, domestic violence, and trauma. I utilize evidenced-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, solutions-focused, and EMDR to foster healing and growth.
