Mountain Family Health Centers offers primary care behavioral health services to established patients. Providers act as mental health consultants, working in collaboration with our medical and dental staff to provide a team-based care approach.

At our school-based locations (currently Glenwood Springs High School), we offer ongoing therapy services for anyone ages 0-20.
