I work with children, teens, adults, elders, and couples to provide a safe and nonjudgemental place where we can navigate together through struggles and challenges while also developing healthy coping skills and moving in a direction of growth and self discovery. My area of practice includes but is not limited to, Solution Focused, DBT, TB-CBT, ACT, Psychodynamic, and Compassion Focused techniques. I believe every client and family is unique and I will draw from a variety of approaches that fits their goals.
