She believes that healthy relationships are the key to our individual wellness, an endless opportunity for personal growth, and the cornerstone of a functioning family and community. A licensed counselor and somatic therapist, Sylvie’s couples work is experiential based and focuses on attachment theory and nervous system regulation for real results! She is a level 2 PACT therapist, certified hakomi practitioner, and has experience teaching and training other therapists through the Hakomi Institute and Naropa University.
