Building Community, Connection, And Belonging For Women In The Roaring Fork Valley

THEME OF THE MONTH: WINTERING

Explore the theme of embracing winter as a time for reflection, rest, and renewal. Winter invites you to slow down, which might feel challenging for some while being a welcome change for others.

You’ll learn the importance of granting yourself grace and compassion during this time, recognizing that everyone experiences winter differently. Some people love the quiet beauty of the season, while others may struggle with its darker, colder days. The goal is to help you accept the invitation to align with the rhythm of the season—whether that means finding joy in its stillness or learning to adapt.

You’ll reflect on how you can “fit into winter” by honoring your individual needs. This could involve creating space for rest, discovering new forms of self-care, or considering what the season’s slower pace can teach you. You’ll be encouraged to explore what winter means to you and how you can embrace it with openness and self-compassion.
