Allow yourself a healthy path to begin the new year. This workshop will address blood sugar regulation and foods that aid with detoxification.  Workshop includes a cooking demonstration and ingredient list to cook along.

Grocery list:

  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes
  • 10 oz Salmon Fillet (or whatever protein you like)
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper (sliced)
  • 2 cups Broccoli (chopped into small florets)
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion (sliced into chunks)
  • 2 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 tsps Coconut Aminos
  • 1/2 Navel Orange (zested and juiced)
  • Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
