A moderate intensity workout, designed specifically for the needs of the active older adult to increase muscular strength, endurance, function, and cardio-respiratory health. No registration needed  

GlideFit Cardio

This class takes place on a floating fitness May and is an aquatic based low impact workout integrating high intensity interval training, core workouts, and stretching. Wear workout clothes that can get wet or a bathing suit. Must be able to swim. REGISTER HERE!
