Some of our services are limited to our Roaring Fork Valley and Colorado River Corridor residents—primarily our Mental Health Fund, and offline events.

However, we offer toolkits, online events, and resources that are open to all, regardless of geographic location. We encourage you to use these free tools as steps on your journey toward Mental Fitness. 

If you live in the area between Aspen and Parachute, you may be eligible for financial assistance. You can read more about the Mental Health Fund here. Your provider must submit that application.

When you are mentally fit, you have the tools and skills you need to cope with everyday stressors and create the resiliency you need to thrive.  

Our busy lives often prompt us to put our mental battles on the back burner. Unaddressed issues can build up over time, and eventually result in a crisis situation.

While it may seem difficult to access the resources you need—due to cost, time, or other barriers—it’s important to begin addressing them as soon as possible, to protect your own mental wellness and your ability to care for those you love.

HQ is here to help you take small steps toward Mental Fitness, wherever you are in your mental health journey. If you think you or a loved one are in crisis, please access the national Crisis Hotline immediately by calling 988 or texting TALK to 741741. 

The HQ staff and Board members are focused on providing preventative support, resources, and accessibility to everyone in need. We do this through resource navigation, education sessions for workplaces, and school and community connection workshops. We do not provide crisis support. 

HQ is focused on building Mental Fitness: a preventative approach that helps everyone develop emotional agility and create the conditions they need to live a healthy and fulfilling life, no matter the challenges they’re facing. 

HQ offers personalized support—we understand your unique journey and match you to the resources that will help you best. We offer a variety of activities and workshops to help you find your way to better balance, while having fun. What makes the path to Mental Fitness even smoother is having a personal mentor to cheer you on when the going gets uphill.

We provide proactive services that can help you or your loved ones before a crisis develops. We offer a Provider Directory that makes it easy to find therapists, organizations, hotlines, etc., but we do not operate those services directly.
