Our Partners Make Our Work Possible

We rely on a broad network of community partners to help us in our mission to bring the tools needed for Mental Fitness to everyone. We work with agencies, workplaces, media outlets, and other entities to provide programming and resources to meet people where they are.

HQ Workplace Partner

A Workplace Partnership offers employees Mental Fitness support, helping them maintain or return to baseline. This preventive care will reduce crises, improve quality of life, enhance productivity, and boost employee retention.

Statistics show a significant need for workplace mental health support:

  • 30% Improvement: Implementing workplace mental health programs can improve employee productivity by up to 30%
  • $9,450 Annual Cost: The annual cost of lost productivity due to mental health issues is estimated at $9,450 per employee
  • $2 Trillion Savings: Global productivity losses due to mental health disorders could amount to $2 trillion annually by 2030 if no preventive measures are taken

A variety of tools and resources you can add to your partnership:

Cover your employee’s mental health services through the Mental Health Fund. By earmarking funds, you are creating an accessible and hassle free way for employees to receive free or subsidized therapeutic services.

HeadQuarters will provide an annual report on employee demographics, related mental health issues, and engagement with the fund to help your workplace better support their employees overall wellbeing. Typical funding requests come in between 6-10 sessions, and currently our fund pays up to $125 per session.

Cover your employee’s coaching journey. By earmarking exclusive funding for your employees, you are creating an accessible and hassle free way for them to receive free or subsidized coaching services. Enable employees to create lasting habit change, rewire self limiting beliefs, and set SMART goals while receiving resources and accountability from their coach.

By utilizing the HeadQuiz, employees will be able to check in on their holistic wellbeing, identify what area of their life they are needing assistance with and decide what additional services they would like to seek; peer-support, coaching, therapy, etc. HeadQuarters will provide HeadQuiz data on an annual basis to help workplaces better support their employees overall wellbeing.

HQ offers a variety of workshops and peer support groups focused on the four quarters of Mental Fitness; social, emotional, physical, and financial – through innovative, fun, activity-based workshops that offer different avenues/modalities to address and support mental health issues.

HeadQuarters will provide curated presentations for staff members. These presentations could be used in staff meetings, via internal communications or done presentation style. Topics include burnout, self-limiting beliefs, self-care practices, stress management, nervous system regulation, etc.

HeadQuarters will provide monthly Mental Fitness information, tips and tools for employers to share with employees via internal communications. By keeping Mental Fitness top of mind and normalizing conversations around mental health, your workplace will be creating a culture of acceptance where employees feel more empowered to seek the services to improve their overall wellbeing.

Employers

There’s an Easier Way to Support
Mental Health

Are you looking for a better way to provide mental health benefits to your employees?

HQ knows how hard it can be for employers to cover mental health benefits through insurance. That’s why we endorse TRIAD Employee Assistance Program, a way for you to provide your employees with up to three therapy sessions per qualifying life event, for as low as $35 per month.

What is a qualifying life event? We get asked this question a lot. A qualifying event might be a job transition, a break-up or divorce, death of a loved one, or a traumatic event; each incident is considered a qualifying life event.

Triad EAP has a strong presence in your community. We provide employee assistance program benefits to more than 50 organizations between Glenwood Springs and Aspen.

A challenge facing every organization is valuing their most important asset – their employees. Triad supports employees and their families by providing confidential counseling, legal, financial, and work-life consultation services. Triad has redefined the traditional EAP concept by offering strategic management intended to help leadership at the organizational level.

Services include organizational development consultation, supervisory referrals, workplace training programs, conflict resolution mediation and crisis support. When your employees feel confident and supported, they are in a better position to maintain motivation. A reduction in stress leads to a healthier, more productive work environment.
