Mental Fitness Partners

Our Partners Make Our Work Possible

We rely on a broad network of community partners to help us in our mission to bring the tools needed for Mental Fitness to everyone. We work with agencies, workplaces, media outlets, and other entities to provide programming and resources to meet people where they are.

You can become an HQ Partner at one of five tiered levels, or you can become a Workplace Initiative partner, and bring the benefits of Mental Fitness to your workplace—read on to see what’s best for you.

HQ Partnership Opportunities

We offer several ways for you to choose where your donation, time, or grant funding can have the most impact on the services you’d like to support. Partnerships are available at five tiered levels:

  • Platinum: $10,000+
  • Gold: $5,000+
  • Silver: $2,500+
  • Bronze: $1,000+
  • Advocate: $500+

We’d also love to work with you on in-kind partnerships that help meet community needs!

All partners receive verbal recognition at HQ events, the opportunity to distribute materials at HQ events, and recognition in annual reports and our thank you ads in the Aspen Times.

You Can Choose to Direct Your Donation to One of These Areas of Our Work:

Therapists from Aspen to Parachute can tap into this fund to get up to 10 free therapy sessions for their clients who are uninsured or under-insured. A contribution of $1,250 funds 10 sessions. Consider running a match donation campaign with the community or other organizations!

The directory is a resource HQ provides to the community. It is an online searchable database of local providers, the populations they serve, their specialties, area of focus, and availability.

HQ offers a variety of workshops, education, and trainings to help teach coping and resiliency skills to those ages 14+ through movement and the arts.

Contribute to HQ’s annual mental health awareness event by supporting our mission of bringing Mental Fitness tools to the community.

Can’t choose a program area? Contribute to our overall operating expenses, and support all of our initiatives. We’re proud of our efficiency and resourcefulness – you can see more about our financials here

HQ Workplace Initiative

The HQ Workplace Initiative offers mutually beneficial partnerships that bring outreach, education, and action programming to a diverse spectrum of workplaces across our community. You’re invited to partner with us to address the mental health needs of your staff and local community!

Our workplace partnerships assist in creating anonymous avenues for help, reducing stigma, and making mental health care more accessible. Bringing HQ to your workplace is an investment in decreasing suicide rates, reducing mental health crisis cases, and increasing community-centered efforts to promote Mental Fitness.

This is especially important in places of work. We know, from the CDC’s research, that 71% of workers with mental illnesses have never sought help from a professional for their symptoms. Depression interferes with a person’s ability to complete physical job tasks (about 20% of the time) and reduces cognitive performance by about 35%.

And while suicide is the tenth leading cause of death in the United States, it’s the 7th leading cause of death in Colorado—making this a critical issue for all our communities.

If you’re ready to sign up, here’s what we’ll help you with during our partnership:

  • Consultation on the overall mental health practices for your business

  • Employee workshops: Maintaining Mental Fitness in the Workplace

  • Anonymous mental health screenings for your employees

  • Branded flyers in English and Spanish, explaining to your employees how and where they can get help

  • Downloadable mental health resource materials for you and your workers

  • Newsletters designed to support your leadership team with updates on current promotions supporting mental health

  • Free passes and discounted tickets to events, workshops, and HQ celebrations

  • Our commitment to helping you grow a happier and healthier team!

Employers

There’s an Easier Way to Support
Mental Health

Are you looking for a better way to provide mental health benefits to your employees?

HQ knows how hard it can be for employers to cover mental health benefits through insurance. That’s why we endorse TRIAD Employee Assistance Program, a way for you to provide your employees with up to three therapy sessions per qualifying life event, for as low as $35 per month.

What is a qualifying life event? We get asked this question a lot. A qualifying event might be a job transition, a break-up or divorce, death of a loved one, or a traumatic event; each incident is considered a qualifying life event.

Triad EAP has a strong presence in your community. We provide employee assistance program benefits to more than 50 organizations between Glenwood Springs and Aspen.

A challenge facing every organization is valuing their most important asset – their employees. Triad supports employees and their families by providing confidential counseling, legal, financial, and work-life consultation services. Triad has redefined the traditional EAP concept by offering strategic management intended to help leadership at the organizational level.

Services include organizational development consultation, supervisory referrals, workplace training programs, conflict resolution mediation and crisis support. When your employees feel confident and supported, they are in a better position to maintain motivation. A reduction in stress leads to a healthier, more productive work environment.

Interested In Working With Mental Health In Schools?

Recent research shows that adolescents who spend more than three hours per day on social media face double the risk of experiencing poor mental health outcomes, such as symptoms of depression and anxiety.
