TOPIC OF THE MONTH: INFLAMMATION
Inflammation isn’t just about physical health, it also plays a major role in our Mental Fitness. Chronic inflammation, often caused by stress, poor diet, lack of sleep, or underlying health conditions, can contribute to brain fog, fatigue, anxiety, and even depression. When our bodies are inflamed, our minds struggle to function at their best. This month, let’s explore ways to reduce inflammation and support our mental wellbeing.
