Driven by a deep curiosity about the human mind and its impact on well-being, Parker has spent the last half of his life studying the world of neurobiology and personal development.
His interdisciplinary background in personal transformation and M.Ed. in Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership, coupled with years of experience in education and mental health, equip him with a powerful understanding of the mind-body connection. Parker’s passion lies in empowering individuals to optimize their lives, build mental resilience, and cultivate lasting well-being.
