William James, known as “The father of American Psychology,” once said, “The great thing then, in all education, is to make your nervous system your ally rather than your enemy.” All forms of health and wellness connect to this idea in one way or another.

The Big Five: Discover nervous system techniques to manage stress, improve sleep, enhance nutrition, boost exercise, and strengthen social connections, all to help you achieve Mental Fitness!

This workshop delves into the neurobiology underpinning the five fundamental aspects of Mental Fitness. We’ll embark on an in-depth exploration of the brain’s science, examining how the content stored within our brains, along with our intentional or unintentional practices, affects us and our bodies as a whole. You’ll discover minor adjustments that can enable your brain to work in your favor, thereby enhancing your Mental Fitness.

Space is limited to 12 people, if you are unable to register email lindsey@headq.org
Scholarships are available. Please email lindsey@headq.org for more information
