Fry: A Great Workshop
Our community is so blessed to have Angilina at the helm of HeadQuarters; her vision for a mentally healthier community is coming to fruition.

A partnership to promote Mental Fitness
We should be practicing Mental Fitness all the time and being aware of it, and always being hyper vigilant of it. Just like we brush and floss our teeth every day, that’s the same thing we should be doing for our mental health. If you have a good mental fitness practice during times of wellness when you find yourself in times of illness you can tap into it much easier, and then get yourself back on track.

PaddyO’s Story
I believe that the soundtrack to a happy life is laughter, and that life and recovery are team sports. I am very proud to be a member of the HeadQuarters team and to help move our mission forward toward a hopeful future. And though my love affair with fancy, stinky cheese and savory, delicious, dried meats is virtually unmatched, this is by far the best board I’ve had a seat at.

Andrew’s Story
Hello! My name is Andrew Pollesel. I’ve been part of HeadQuarters for almost two years and have lived in the Roaring Fork Valley for nine years. What drew me to HeadQuarters is their mission, ‘HeadQuarters engages, educates, and empowers mental fitness to create a healthy, vibrant community.’

Bear Grylls Wants to Talk About Your Mental Health
Executive Board member, Paddy O’Connell, interviews Bear Grylls.
“Everybody has these struggles. You rarely meet people who just never struggle. And if you do well, it’s like you’re not aiming up very high then, because struggle is part of our DNA. We’re designed for it, we thrive in it, but we’ve gotta not be scared of it.”
